Stafford Family Practice consistently provides excellent care. Front desk staff are very polite and professional. Dr yin is thorough and takes her time to explain treatment plan carefully. The office runs smoothly, and you can tell the team truly cares about their patients' well being.
Staff was so nice and welcoming on my first visit. They explained everything question I have and walk me through process of what to expect.
I absolutely want to say from the first time I ever walked into Stafford Family Practice I felt so Welcomed and Comfortable!!! The Ladies at the front are so Amazing!!! They are so Kind Beautiful and Patient!!! They helped me so much with getting my paperwork together and with setting up for my appointment with the Doctor!!! Dr. Yin told my parents "You don't speak English, Why are you here." I have requested my father's medical records to send to the new PCP and they are withholding his records. Can you please send me my father's medical records so I can get him the help he needs?
Dr.Yin is amazing, so attentive and respectful. Lily and Michelle were also very sweet and helpful. The office is also very tidy.
