Yes, sometimes the wait can be 15 WHOLE minutes! They're a popular doctor's office for a reason. I have been using Dr. Stafford for 6+ years. He has always been more than attentive to me and taken excellent notes. When going back for followup visits, he reads my past issues to me, and asks me how I'm doing. I'm very sad that he is retiring!
