Earlier this year I took the offer to prepay for two cleanings via the Wellness Plan offered at Stafford Dental Associates. Today I called to check on my appt as it is due next week. They lost my appt. Ok no big deal, schedule me for your next available. Great. Then she tells me there is an additional $25 fee for PPE. I asked for it to be waived as that is absurd.
