Stafford at Artisan Lakes is a well maintained newer property. The residents are respectful, social, and the environment is peaceful. The apartments are tastefully finished. Rents are moderately priced for the area, as well as unit size. Garages and storage rooms are adequate in size. The office staff are efficient, responsive, always professional. The dogs love walking the paths throughout the complex. It’s been a little over one month since moving in. Rarely does one find a rental community that feels like “home.”
Everyone at the front office is very efficient and has made my move smooth. Pleased with everything thus far ❤️
I truly love living here. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff are great. I’m beyond happy to have found a home that’s perfect for me and my furry doggie-we both feel so welcome here.
My wife and I came from out of town to tour this property and were blown away by the property and team at Stafford. Travis in particular, was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us with our decision, including a video tour of some of the units. Ultimately, we ended up going with an option that better fit our budget and needs, but we loved our experience with the team, and the property was stunning.
