This is the WORST group of people I’ve ever worked for. Not only are they unprofessional, but also unorganized and unapologetic when they are clearly in the wrong. Like forgetting to notify you when you are cancelled and you end up driving an hour away from home for nothing. I just called to let them know I messed up (and stated that in the beginning of the call) and forgot to update my address after moving and needed to get my tax forms.
