The best agency 👌 they treat you well
I Had Great experience with SMX. Had to switch over after the previous staffing agency lost their contract to my employer and the transition was smooth. Starla has been great to work with. Never had any issues and if I did they were corrected within the hour. Recently got hired on full time with my employer so as of last week I'm no longer with SMX. Although if needed I'd be happy to work with them again.

I would give 0 stars if I could, this temp company is so bogus they give points to people who have bereavement days, they have young managers in hr that don’t know how to act professional and handle things appropriately, then when you ask for the higher ups numbers or email you can never get it. The policy states the give up to three days depending on the relative but they will give points if you provide proof. They will work you to death and not compensate you for your time.
