I had a great experience during the buying process. Zach was very helpful and never made us feel rushed even though we took several weeks to make our purchase. The problem was in the installation. We were assured it would only take a day even though we were getting laminate flooring in a large room and carpeting in 2 other large rooms. Our installation was scheduled on a Friday and the tear out of the old flooring was done on Wednesday. The tear out went fine and we removed the trim ourselves so we could paint.
