Job flow is a mess from the scheduling department to route to productivity points. Expectations weren’t realistic for things required. No work life balance. Patients added to schedule without looking or notifying you. High acuity pts. Poor management and lying on staff to patients. Staff very unprofessional and leadership as well . Company is all about money . Working here your license is on the line.Fraudulent documentation practices that leadership was enforcing to met scheduling metrics by ED.
The last 10 months have been filled with a variety of interesting challenges. I am thankful and grateful to have been connected with caring Occupational (Marva, Cameron) and Physical (Alexxis, Briana, Brittany) Therapists through Amedisys/Staff Builders. They made such a blessed difference in my recovery journey. Praying abundant blessings for them. I appreciate them all so much, and Nurse Deidre, as well.
My husband had his first visit today his nurse was Kenisha she explained everything to my husband that he and I had questions about she was very caring and reminded me of all the great nurses that he had a Grady Memorial Hospital!! Thank you so much Kenisha!!!
This is a terrible company rude nurses the director of the company is only interested saving money for his company at the patient's expense. They'll give you the runaround about ordering supplies all in an attempt to keep the money in their pockets. They'll have you without your crucial supplies that a doctor gave them orders for and once you confront them about it they'll try to make pretending you're doing something wrong a nurse should never come to a patient's home falsely accusing them of something just to cover up the ... read more
