I feel as though the staff needs an overall attitude check. They did not do what they were supposed to do for my baby and I had to take him to another vet after paying a ton of money. they worked with my on a payment plan - kind of. maybe I just had a bad experience with them but I won't be coming back.
Staerkel is by far the best clinic in the Enid area. They were the most helpful and informative veterinary office I have ever been too. You can truly tell that they care about each and every animal they treat.
I used Dr Staerkel years ago then we moved !! We moved back to Enid and I have 2 older pets and I am so happy we are back! His staff are awesome and he is the Best!! KUDOS TO STAERKEL VETERINARY CLINIC!!💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Amazing service! Got me in last minute. Even helped me carry my puppies inside. Everyone was very caring and considerate! I also appreciated their reasonable prices which was about half of anywhere else I’ve ever gone. I’ll be back!
