Came out, gave an honest assessment, and were upfront that they were going to be more expensive but offer a transferable warranty, had the parts, and were able to come out the next day, which was a biggie considering it was 2 of the coldest days of they year so far. Installers were prompt, knocked out the project in a day, and cleaned up pretty well all things considered. I called in with the simple question of what smart thermostats they had and could install for my radiant heat. I had all the info they would have needed to know. The representative refused to help me or even have anyone call me back to answer my questions. I was told the only way they would answer pre sales questions was if I paid for a service call and had someone come out. So much for the helpful customer service here anymore. Maybe they are too big to care anymore..
