I’ve been living here for about a year now, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Marissa and Anna from the leasing office are always so nice and welcoming—they truly make you feel at home from day one. The maintenance team is fantastic and always quick to respond whenever something comes up. The property itself is beautiful, with lots of trees and peaceful birdsong that make it feel so homey and relaxing. I love coming home every day! Roach infested , mostly everything is old in the apartments I did not enjoy my experience living there very quiet but infested with roaches and giant black roaches and the small one’s beware

Great place for families! Wonderful, mostly quiet neighborhood.
I love living here, and have done so for many years. Why haven't I moved to own? Because I can not find anything comparable that isn't much higher in mortgage. Plus, I'd have to fix/pay for any "issues" myself. Saying that, there haven't been many issues in the past 11 years that I have lived in this apartment, but if there are, maintenance is on it immediately. If I bought my own place, I wouldn't have acesss to a very well kept pool and grounds without the extra expense and/or labor. Nor can I say enough about my balcony. ... read more
