Great place for families! Wonderful, mostly quiet neighborhood.
I love living here, and have done so for many years. Why haven't I moved to own? Because I can not find anything comparable that isn't much higher in mortgage. Plus, I'd have to fix/pay for any "issues" myself. Saying that, there haven't been many issues in the past 11 years that I have lived in this apartment, but if there are, maintenance is on it immediately. If I bought my own place, I wouldn't have acesss to a very well kept pool and grounds without the extra expense and/or labor. Nor can I say enough about my balcony. ... read more
Love living here. It's so quiet. Leasing office staff is always so wonderful. Maintainance is very fast about responding. It's wonderful.
I loved living here, it’s a great quiet neighborhood. The staff are great and always ready to help out. My dishwasher started leaking and maintenance fixed the next day. Overall the only downside is the price, but for Greensboro it’s still not bad.
Amazing apartment complex, probably one of the best in Greensboro area. Maintenance comes super quickly when prompted, they’re trustworthy when it comes to deposits, genuinely moral people running it for the most part. There were a couple minor complaints, like some roly polys getting in during the year, but pest control would come immediately if asked.
