We used this company for emergency service on our A/C unit tonight (7/5). Kevin showed up on time, and within 75 minutes he replaced our faulty condensate pump and added freon to our roof A/C unit, fixing our problem and allowing us to sleep in comfort.
If you want service find someone else. We first put in a request for service on our AC late on Tuesday. I have just called their answering service to cancel that request mid-morning on Friday. We were told several times that our request was "In the queue" but there was never any mention that obviously that queue was multi-days long. I understand that this is likely a busy time of year for AC repair here, but this is a truly lousy way to run a business.
