The device it’s amazing!
They are absolutely amazing at responding quickly and promptly to every maintenance request! I submitted one at 10:45pm and at 8am the next day, we had a knock on the door so Josue could fix our issue. They really do take care of you here and Josue is so speedy and great to work with.
This place is nothing less than incredible!! Delaina and Taci are outstanding management! And then there's Josue!!! Not only is he the bestttttt maintenance guy and is always on top of it, but he's the coolest guy ever! No doubt Josue will leave you with a smile on your face! Moral of the story, Stadium150 is pretty awesome!
Stadium 150 is Provo student housing. As such, you get what you pay for, but in terms of getting what you pay for, you get a pretty good deal here. Management changed not too long ago, and since then, they are super easy to work with - especially Delaina, who actually remembers who you are as a resident and makes it easy to enjoy renting here.
