Josue, with maintenance, is great! He's very friendly, happy to help, and takes care of our maintenance requests quickly! He keeps our apartment working well!

Management is spotty, and the rooms and bathrooms are very small for how expensive rent is. They also tow cars from their paid spots without notice or warning. Any maintenance issues they don’t give adequate notice for, sometimes hours before.
