I’ve had such a great experience living at stadium walk! The property is beautiful and well maintained and the location truly can’t be beat. Steps away from campus and downtown, with everything you need nearby. Staff is always friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a place in Lincoln that’s convenient, comfortable, and community oriented I highly recommend stadium walk!

Super convenient location—walking distance to campus, football games, and downtown spots. The apartments are clean and comfortable, and the office staff is very helpful. It’s a solid setup for students or anyone wanting to stay close to UNL without the chaos of typical college apartments.

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. The living conditions are awful, the staff is unprofessional, and there are roaches everywhere.
