Amazing place to stay and are on top of people parking where they shouldn't be. Amazing people
First comes in my mind while writing review is ''Aaron wood'' who is a property manager, a great solving package and a moral human! There is a big list what all he helped me right from my arrival. A huge shout out and big thanks to him! you will definetely experience the same. If needed when you don't have car, bus stop is extremely close which is added advantage to live here. Update (3/7/25): They are still as fantastic as ever. The maintenance team are still awesome - they (Chris and Brice) literally helped teach my fiancé how to parallel park today. Pulled out cones and everything. Aaron, the property manager, is still extremely attentive to residents’ needs. We highly recommend living here. Best apartment management I’ve had in College Station, I’ve had a few issues with appliances but maintenance is quick and easy and they do a lot of fun events for residents. Big bedrooms and closets with a great price for being so close to campus, on a bus route and very pet friendly!
Staff is super friendly and accommodating, responding quickly to any needs and communicating frequently!
