I’ve lived here for over 10+ years primarily because it is 5 minutes from work. I’ve seen a lot of property managers come and go and the same can be said for the maintenance. Today I want to give a shout out to maintenance worker Johnny. This guy is good. He knows what he is doing and he does professional level work. In the past other workers have come in and made a bigger mess. Johnny is clean and competent; he’s a big plus for Mecca Management and the Stadium View community.
Nice place to live, they respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and the snow removable crew has been top notch this winter.
Terrible place to live. I would give it negative stars if I could. Our complex had backed up sewage that overflowed into the hallway and into people’s apartments. Apartment smells terrible all the time because of it, I’m sure there’s mold under the carpet. We have put in multiple requests for maintenance over and over again for things they refuse to replace. Also the lady who works the front desk is incredibly rude and acts like you are such a burden any time you go in. Do yourself a favor and do not live here.
Great place to live
Main office called me at 9AM and by 1:30PM maintenance came and repaired everything and even cleaned up the mess. Thanks a ton!
