Best company I’ve ever worked for in my entire career.
My drive way has an incline and freezes. With last weeks freezing rain , it was bad. Of course it was frigid out and oil was low. The delivery guy tried several times to get all the way up. Intake is on the opposite side of the house, to no avail. So he parked and blocked it and pulled the hose all the way back, in the snow, to make that delivery. Can't say enough!! Great customer service
EXCEPTIONAL! I ran out of kerosene for my heat and even though their trucks had already done the weekly run for this type of heat they had my back and sent a truck out right away! Rhonda and her team are wonderful and the driver was just perfect so I HIGHLY RECCOMEND STADIUM OIL !!
Normally we use a pellet stove to heat our house and today in the midst of the storm it decides to konk out. Stadium oil heat got us on the oil delivery list with realistic expectations. Super polite and professional and they got us what we needed, AND we weren't charged an arm and a leg for an emergency!
Rhonda and team were extremely responsive on a Sunday morning when we had run out of oil overnight….scheduled a delivery that morning! We are warm and toasty again. Thanks so much team.
