Brandon and Amy at Seabreeze (HOA) do not seem to prioritize fixing the elevators here.
The husband of a woman who works at this leasing office was paid to let someone into the complex to literally trespass and stalk me. Tenants like to party here, I can literally hear people snorting lines at random hours down at the pool. I've had my neighbors tell me there are people climbing through the balconys into people's apartments. The mailboxes have been broken into several times.
I have owned a unit here for five years and like it a lot. a bit noisy and dusty during a major renovation, but now the building is beautiful. updated security and public spaces plus free high speed internet. I also like that I have two assigned parking spaces and can see them from my front door. A number of the units are owned by foreign nationals on business, who use them only a few nights a year.
