They had this truck for 2 and a half weeks, they never offered or provided a spare, and this happened 1 mile down the road. Avoid this garbage company at all costs. You will lose money leasing from them.
Called at 4:40 to see if they had parts in stock and they put me on hold for 20 minutes till they closed
I'm a company driver who leases from allegiance/freightliner. Had an issue with the truck 3 weeks back. They said they couldn't get it in until this past Friday. Somewhat understandable, because places get busy. Take it in this past Friday for the scheduled appointment, and they tell me they won't get to look at it until Monday.
