I've lived at these apartments for two semesters and they are below-living standards. Don't trust the positive reviews, they're fake. I'm impressed they haven't received a visit from OSHA, State, and City inspectors for how terrible it is. There's mold behind the walls, it smells, I've never had health issues before I've moved into Stadium Heights. The amount they're charging is ludicrous and a rip-off. There's off-campus housing apartments far cheaper and better quality than Stadium Heights.
Anyone leaving a positive review was dropped on their head as a child.
I would not wish Stadium Heights on my worst enemy. The cost averages out to $770 per month for a SHARED room. I am currently living half a mile CLOSER to campus for LESS THAN HALF of this price with my own room. If this wasn't already enough, the res. life staff gave out the spare key to my room resulting in multiple thefts taking place in the apartment throughout the semester. Free laundry. Internet is spotty and there are no ethernet ports. If you think you see ethernet ports, you're really seeing phone wire. Dishwasher is very temperamental. Property managers are very insistent on how the HVAC settings ought to be used. All of the downsides of off-campus housing (long way to walk, clean everything yourself) with all the downsides of student housing (must comply with university student housing agreement).
