Stadium Crossing is horrible! The parking isn't labeled for tenants only and they towed us within 5 minutes on Parents Weekend! I called the office and asked who they think pays the rent? The management didn't care (gets kickback for each tow & very rude). Upon moveout they charged $500 in damages for things that were there at move in! A mirror that was on a door (boys never put a mirror up) , a dirty stove (stove is 25 years old & we scrubbed it for an hour- boys rarely cooked) nails and nail holes in the walls (these were ... read more
Upon moving out, my roommates and I were not given a checklist of things to clean or anything like that, simply told we have to have everything completely out of the unit by a set date and time. We met this deadline and did some cleaning on our way out since we figured it could use a decent cleaning. 6 weeks later when our security deposit finally came in the mail, it was for 1/3 the original amount. Stadium crossing redid our showers and have always worked with us on issues. Renewing for next year.
I actually had a really good experience here. I am currently a senior at IU, and you don't get much more bang for your buck than Stadium Crossing or another Varsity Property. I lived in Stadium Crossing for one year and another one of their properties a year before. They were reasonable with my security deposit, yes the units will not be furnished with marble floors, but you really can make them look great.
