We called in to have our dead car towed, the first guy took our info and said it would be about an hour. An hour passes and a second (different) guy calls and says there will be a 30 minute delay. 45 minutes pass and nobody has shown up so we call to see what the deal is. A third (different) guy answers and says he has "no idea what we're talking about and that the only tow man working today is helping the police." this company towed my Mercedes by the sway bars, absolutely destroyed my front end, the person i talked to absolutely refused to consider re-compensating me. these people are horribly unprofessional and worth boycotting. you did 600+ dollars of damage to my car, and charged me about $170 for the towing that destroyed my front end. please email me at vankolodin@gmail if you want to help me deal with this unnecessary / devastating expense.

I had my car repaired at stadium auto body after running into an accent near Havarvard Sq, it made sense at that time because it was snowing (Feb of 2015 winter of a lifetime in Boston), and the tow truck was from stadium auto body. They got the car ready on time (~3 weeks), however on arrival I found brand new scratches on the top of the car, I was told it wasn't covered in the estimate by the insurance adjuster okay makes sense, after further inspection an unopened bottle of scotch (25 years old) in the one of compartment ... read more

So couple of things: 1. They told me the fix was going to be 2 weeks, and it turned to 1 month without notifying me until I asked. 2. They did not let me know that I needed a banker's check until all the banks are closed on the day I was to pick the car up, which cost me more time. 3. After I get the car, I just wanted to get it over with, and at night time, I realized they did not fix my car head light. WHAT???? As a woman, dealing with automotive repairs is frustrating because many shops will underestimate your knowledge, try to take advantage of you, or treat you as a second class citizen - that is not the case here. Stadium was incredible! They were polite, honest and very straight forward with what needed to be done, they didn't try to sell me any extra nonsense that I didn't need.
