Affordable apartment that's close to downtown and campus, with a responsive maintenance team. I have lived here with my husband for two years and have enjoyed the short commute to campus and Mizzou. The apartment was very clean when we moved in, the appliances are old but function well with minor quirks, and the apartment complex has reasonable policies for having a pet. We have lived here for three months and it has been better than anywhere else we have lived in Columbia. The rent is pretty cheap for Columbia rates, but do be aware there is a short term lease fee if you do not plan on signing for a year. They're clean and the walls seem thick enough that you rarely hear other tenants. They are in a pretty central location in Columbia, so you can get anywhere you need to quickly. The maintenance men are nice and excited to fix any problems you may have.
Appliances are all a bit outdated (dishwasher, bathroom mirror and light fixture, stove/oven) but overall a great place especially on a budget! Have been here for three months and am hoping to sign another year before I leave for basic training! Staff has been very friendly and respond quickly and the place seems very solid

What a great place to live! Convenient to MIZZOU, all hospitals, downtown shopping and dining. Communication (call, text, email or renters portal) with management is so easy, always a prompt reply. Highly recommended!
