First and foremost, DLP Jonesboro is a beautiful apartment complex. Secondly, I love the gym and swimming at the pool. Lastly, the people here are sweet and welcoming. I recommend for anyone wanting to move here!
I have been living in one of the one bedroom apartments for over two years. The maintenance department it’s quick to respond to any of the issues that pop up. The ladies in the front office are amazing. I have had a couple of things happened to me while here and they treat me like their best friend. Their willingness to work with me and Quickly resolve issues and I definitely feel like family.
Living at DLP has been nothing short of amazing. The location is excellent for all the activities that goes on in the city. Also, it’s easy access to the highway. The staff is very friendly and helpful and that makes you feel right at home. The maintenance guys keep up with the area beautification and very responsive and that makes it easier to live it’s truly a wonderful community to live on.
The process from, party of interest to tenet was seamless. Property manager Kimberly has been a huge help with everything making the experience even more enjoyable. Feeling welcomed day one moving in and enjoying a mixer in the front office and pool area definitely nailed the entire move in process home.
I wouldnt want to be anywhere else. The amenities are world class. The tenets are kind and respectful. The staff are eager to insure your living your best life. When you start adding all that together DLP is much more than apartments, its home.
