Sucks. Poorly made. Packages in the mail room have been opened multiple times, others have had packages stolen. Management is rude and doesn't handle problems. There's dog poop everywhere outside it's gross. Very very loud. You can hear EVERYTHING. Trucks and doors slamming and people running up and down the stairs. The person who posted before me is probably one of the people stomping around all night long and not caring about their neighbors.
As an owner of a top-floor unit at Stadia 50, I'd like to offer a different perspective as it seems the recent negative reviews are issues specific to new tenants and their lower-level units. Having lived at Stadia 50, I can confidently say the negative reviews are presented out of frustration and again, specific to their unit. Living on the top floor, we hear 0 noise. I strongly advise anyone considering this apartment to think twice. 1. Constant Noise Issues: Every morning there is unbearable noise, especially from garbage collection right next to the building. The sound is so loud that it makes it impossible to rest in the morning. None of this was disclosed before moving in, so you only discover the problem after signing the lease. 2. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Wildly overpriced for a cheaply constructed, terribly managed building. This building is a nightmare disguised as “luxury living.” Most of the realtors and agents all seem to know each other and will lie to your face about any problems you bring up. Management is barely responsive to owners, and if you’re a renter, they’ll just ignore you. The “board” is filled with people who have too much time and no interest in solving problems.
