Very unprofessional!!!! Lauren messed up my paperwork, I don’t know if she’s on drugs with her twitching eye but I wouldn’t recommend her. I found a better place anyways, but this is to warn others that may need a place to move to. Being denied over someone else eviction is crazy to me!!! I dont know how some people give 5 stars?!!! Very unsafe neighborhood. For months the parking gate was broken cause tenants get high in stairways and their cars and drive like manics. Sometimes they drive right into gate and break it. If that gets fixed, elevator gets broken. Tenants are untidy and their dogs pee all over hall ways. Even your doorstep. Management does not give a damn about it. DO NOT come here. If people give 5 stars to this I cannot believe what shitty place they were living before!
I recently worked with Yaritzy during my move. She was professional, responsive, and made an effort to assist throughout the process. While there were a few hiccups along the way, everything was ultimately handled, and I appreciated her willingness to help. Overall, it was a solid experience and I’m grateful for the support.
