I have used this dental facility since moving to North Lakeland in 1988. Fifteen years later we moved to South Lakeland and I changed to a local dentist. Overpriced, hardly was seen by a certified "dentist" and always waited for long periods at appointment times. I went back to Dr. Sheumaker, even though I made a 34 miles trip. The team is courteous, helpful, and has always worked around my schedule, even when I had a last minute problem. A plus for that office is that the change in staff is almost zero. This place provides the worst customer service that you will ever receive. I recently chipped a tooth and called to inquire about pricing, and was treated very poorly by the receptionist. After a few hours I decided to call and speak to the office manager, hoping for a better result, and she turned out to be worse than the original staff member. Hi, my name is Jose and I am 10 yrs old I love coming to this office because they are always nice and the dr. is nice to me too. Sometimes he makes me laugh. Best of all they have a toy box when we are done we get a toy.
