Working with Pam was a fantastic experience. After visiting a few Assisted Living facilities solo with my grandfather, I knew we needed more help finding the right place for him. He was moving from an independent facility to an assisted living facility and had many worries. I contacted Pam and she jumped in to help us right away. It was such a blessing to work with Sharon and Paul! They did such a wonderful job listening to what my parents were looking for and what their needs were. I appreciated all of the guidance and knowledge they provided. Pam has helped me find the perfect place for my mom twice: first when she moved into an assisted living facility, and then again a few years later when we needed to move her into memory care. In both cases, Pam took the time to understand my mom's specific preferences, desires, and care needs based on the progression of her dementia. The process of finding assisted living/memory care is extremely stressful and Pam's expertise and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated.
