I have known Stacy for quite some time. She helped me find my 1st home 8 yrs ago and in December of 2025 sold that very home for me and my son so we could move to Georgia! We used Stacy for both buying and selling this year, and it was a phenomenal experience from our initial contact when we were looking to buy in July right through the closing of our sale this past week. The home we sold was on the market less than two weeks before an offer came in. In the meantime other houses in the neighborhood have been on the market far longer or are still on the market with far less engagement if Zillow, Realtor.com, etc., are any indication.
