I sent my SEPTEMBER payment in via fedex with signature confirmation. It was signed for by an employee at CMG. (E Rodriguez). I find out a month later, it was never applied to my account (yet it is cashed). I have called and spoken to many different people since then, THEY STILL HAVEN’T APPLIED IT TO MY ACCOUNT- it’s now DECEMBER. Ridiculous.

worked with Ashley fletcher trying to get a loan, my score was close to 700 and she recome ded to try to do some stuff to get it up, dou to her suggestions my credit went down to 620 and she ignored me. even before that we said let's go ahead and start the process then she said ok, then disappeared for aweek, then she answered and I asked her to send me the paperwork request to start then she banished in to a black hole seemed like!!! never never never will recomend her!!! what a screw up!!!
