Since closing last May we have had multiple problems with logging in to our account, spend forever on hold just to get someone that doesn’t have the answer and here we are almost at the end of Feb and still haven’t received our 2019 tax statement. Login is always a giant problem or the site is under maintenance which is amazing because it still sucks. With all these issues I decided to set up auto withdrawal. Nope. Now I’m two months behind with late fees. Try to make it right over the phone and this is how long it takes to get the to the right department, which was still unsuccessful. I have to go back to work now. Maybe if I can take a half day tomorrow I can convince you to take my money.
