Talk about going the extra mile! Stacy worked tirelessly on a very difficult transaction involving every stumbling block you can imagine! Bad deeds, deceased parties, and solar panel company bankruptcy to name a few. Her negotiations skills with both her client, the seller, and a self-represented buyer to get the deal done were nothing short of extraordinary! It was a pleasure working with Stacy. She did a wonderful job preparing my house to sell it. She was very thorough with all of the paperwork and helping me understand every step of the process. After selling the house, she continued to help me find a rental. I was very picky, but she didn’t give up. She was always willing to look at a lot of houses until I found the right one.
