I am a current customer for the 1st time the staff is unprofessional and they do not keep you informed regarding your case. The staff will lie and give you misleading information to get you off the phone. I am from another State and WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LAW FIRM to anyone they LIE!!

The office was very helpful and since I already taken the necessary steps the services where half off.. Stacy personally came in and worked my case and before you know it everything was taken care of and the court fine was even as much as I originally thought! Service was very quick and efficient and I would highly recommend her law firm to anyone in need!
She was punctual. Professional and help when I thought there was a problem and there was none. Explained everything clearly and in detail. Thank you so much. I'm from a small town back west. Garden city ks. Nice to have this in big city. A busy person(stacy shaw) called me personally and took time from your work load and explain things to me.
Today was the day I can truly say Stacy Shaw earned a 5 star rating. She really took our needs into consideration and heard every word. After today I can say that she is one who looks after the working class. I never thought that there were genuine people as lawyers and in her we found one. Her office manager Yolanda was also very helpful and very efficient. If you are in need of a lawyer that will fight for you, use her she knows what to do and knows how to help in any situation. 5 Star service is clearly important at the Stacy Shaw Law Firm. The staff literally 'ran' around the office to make sure my needs were met and that I was satisfied. I give my highest recommendation.
After sitting in the court room for an hour and a half I called and all I could get was someone that couldn't tell me why my lawyer wasn't there. She said there should be a lawyer there for me. After asking the clerk I was told my case was continued again. Nobody ever called me so I missed work for noe reason. My whole case has been like this. Very poor communication. I have yet to meet or talk to the attorney but wouldn't recommend due to the lack of communication from her team.
Always grateful for Stacy Shaw & her crew helping to keep my bad driving off my record
