If you are the buyer and she is the seller’s agent, good luck. We had the worst experience negotiating anything and getting access to the house once we were under contract. Literally had no notice on a two week period of “when we could not access to measure”. We asked to schedule a time and that is when we were told that day or not for two weeks.
