Stacy Repair is phenomenal, both from a professional and customer service standpoint. Rob is not only incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, but trustworthy and honest. He's upfront about diagnosing problems and potential issues with your vehicle and giving you different avenues to a solution, but never tries to upsell or pressure you on services you don't need. Best mechanic in the area, he's been working on my cars for years. I'm a middle-aged woman and he treats me with respect and honesty, That's a great plus, let me tell you. Appointments are very important and it's a small shop so sometimes there's a wait to get things done, but I'll wait for good, honest service.
