3 years ago we had a water issue in our back yard and they ignored our calls and would never fix it. Now our back yard is a swamp!
Our agent has several clients under contract with Stacey and every one of the buyers are angry and frustrated. Do not believe the good reviews. Our experience: The plastic fence was ruined because they had pushed a heavy load of dirt against it. Three of our windows were scratched during construction. There are some interior finishing issues. There are still construction stains all over the concrete even though it has been pressure washed multiple times.
