Their Sleep Doctor (Dr. Harris) was completely unprofessional. He would make mention of “sensual dreams” in text correspondence with me. His young children were almost always in video conferencing, disrupting the sessions. He would almost always mention that he had to go because he had to put his kids to bed. I saw her for years and recently decided to go back and really could have used her professional assistance. Multiple messages without a single reply. Not even to say she could not see me. Simply ignored my messages. Not very professional in my book

While individually the providers were caring, I was originally drawn to The Moment because they claimed to be able to communicate with each other to treat the entire equation. I consistently felt like I slipped through the cracks unless I took the initiative. There were zero follow ups and connections and I did not feel cared for at all.
