Kim is a fantastic nurse. She listens to you and talks to you like an equal. She doesn't talk down to you ever. Dr. Wu (resident) is a nice intern/doctor who talks to you not at you. He is easy to understand when he speaks up because he is soft spoken.

My daughter and I use this place. Love it. The receptionist, Hilary is #1 awesome. The nurses are super nice and helpful and gentle. The docs (all except one we had to refuse to ever see again) are amazing. Will continue to go here whenever we need to. Clean and bright place, never mobbed. Rarely ever have to wait long to be seen. Quickly able to get appointments. Online portal is cool too.

Outstanding service, cleanliness, and professionalism due to staff member like kim russell that go above and beyond for the client by provide excellent and timely services. Every time I or my kids have an appt, its great and never a fight with the kids, they like going.

Staff won't request records, lie and say your doctors never sent in the info. Openly and consistently rude once you let them know you know they didn't request because you called old docs. Repeatedly have to fill out same unused requests to old doctors. NPs/MDs who work for her won't write down what they told you about health on the records. Only one symptom allowed to be spoken of per visit (insurance you know). Poor care caused me actual physical harm. Patrols and deletes bad google feedback
