I've worked with Stacy on 2 home purchases and 1 home sell, all of which went as smooth as possible! She worked with me through a few hiccups in the selling process and still ended up with a great deal. Buying after the hurricane came with it's own set of challenges and she helped to make sure I was getting everything I wanted prior to closing. I would recommend Stacy for your next buy or sell!

I have worked with 8 realtors, buying and selling houses. Some of them were excellent. But Stacy Brown is outstanding compared to all the others. Her guidance from staging, to pricing, to evaluating offers was spot on. She listened to wants and always gave them full consideration. She is also easy to work with and responds promptly and completely to questions and requests. All told, if it was possible to vote 6 stars, I would most certainly do so.
