If you are a buyer, avoid even looking at house that has Stacy Blake as sellers agent. She never responded to any query made by buyer agent. That’s not how one buy a house, buying house is not just like walking to a Walmart and getting your favorite snack, it’s a house!! Buyers will have questions. Even if you are a seller avoid her at all cost, as it appears to me that she doesn’t possess required skills in today’s age to sell a house and probably sells of pure luck , location and house condition.
Had the absolute worst experience working with Paula Dressel. Rude, inexperienced, unhelpful and condescending.
