If some of the members here would stop talking about there life problems openly on the gym floor and in different areas of the gym it would be a much better place to train. It Seems like this turned into a group therapy session for a lot of members and it's hurting the atmosphere. A gym is a place for training and when you have to listen to conversations because people are too loud about their life problems it becomes just an annoyance and ruins the energy in the gym. Best gym and community around!
I've been training with the owner Bobby P. for over 10 years & can't imagine training anywhere else. It's fantastic to be part of the Stack's Gym family. All equipment is well maintained & entire gym is incredibly clean. No contracts. Established in 1986. No better place to get away from the world for an hour or two. Stack's Gym is a second home to myself & so many other people.
