Seems that Stackhouse wants to price out all of the tenants, whom a huge majority of them live on SS/SSI alone. Their yearly rent increases are absurd. Land here is a hot commodity, so they have a long term plan to oust everyone to do what with the land? who knows.
If I could give this company a 0 star I would they do so many illegal things and don't escalate things to the proper people and their employees are aloud to talk to tenants however they want then get kicked out and their home they buy stolen from them they don't take care of the park as promised. This company is the worst would not recommend
i live in a placid anor in Adasburg PA y name is Lee North I have had sewage problems the lines from the house to the lines clocked is they are extremely hard to get ahold of nobody answers the phone it has been over a week there is raw sewage backing up in to y bathroom they do nothing this is a attempt to get temp to get the to correct the problem i will keep you up dated but at this point they really suck
