Really wanted to like this place since I work in the building above but the food just wasn’t great, the prices are high and the service was super slow (but that might have just been them getting started) I had the turkey club with fries. It was almost $23. Crazy for the baby box of fries and tiny sandwich I got. The sandwich was mostly bread and it wasn’t very good. Crumbly, dry, and not toasted. The filling was just ok. We got the Oxtail French dip and the Cubano. Oxtail French dip was so amazing, could easily have housed two of those. The Cubano was good, but in the presence of the French dip it couldn’t compete. Great service, love that we order on screens and it’s in an awesome walkable location. Clean too.

Northwest has needed something like this for a long time. The veggie bowls are really good. High quality ingredients, and good flavor combinations. I’ve eaten here between 7-10 times, but I just can’t anymore. I understand they are trying to balance giving visibility to customers on their pricing, and staff treatment. The extra service charges and high price are not a deal-breaker…but then having the nerve to prompt for additional tip, even for takeout, when you walk in, staff literally ignores you, then you place your order... read more
