I tried a hot macchiato with oat milk. It was awful. It seemed like they poured cold milk over the coffee and drizzled caramel on top. It was lukewarm. I ordered eggs Benedict with mushrooms, and the mushrooms weren't cooked. They were barely warmed up before being added to the dish - not even slightly browned.
