I’ve never felt more disrespected and unfairly treated by a business. The experience was extremely disappointing, especially with the way the billing situation was handled. The first employee who assisted us was professional, kind, and did her best throughout the situation. Unfortunately, the Indian lady who handled us afterward created unnecessary stress and handled everything very poorly. Very bad customer service Indian waiter did not know what she was doing she should not be working there need to find better employees
The absolute worst dine in experienced I’ve ever had. The server was great but once the bill was paid another server ran outside and accused us of not paying the bill and made us come back in to get publicly humiliated and harassed for something that should’ve never happened. The unprofessionalism was absolutely disgusting and awful would not recommend going here.
I come here with my friend a couple times a month. Every employee at Stacked that we have interacted with have always been a pleasure. We have visited over 20 times in the past year since we found out about them. We have never had an issue with service or food quality. The staff are very attentive as well as always cleaning. These ladies know how to work! Very well maintained. We always enjoy seeing Nirmal when we visit.
