It’s a shame. I’ve gone to this one many times. There’s never anyone watching the door. Stood there today for 5min and gave up and left.
10/10 Nicola is an absolute LEGEND at Burlington Mall! From the second you walk in, the energy she brings makes the whole experience better. Super professional, lightning-fast service, and the kind of friendly vibe that makes you feel like a VIP every time. She runs the place like a pro organized, on point, and always going the extra mile. Burlington Mall is lucky to have her holding it down. If you’re in, ask for Nicola you won’t regret it!
Went there 5 months ago , service was great and food was not bad. Happened to be in the area and decided to go again and it was easily the worst breakfast I have ever had. Eggs were colder than my ice water and my cheese was not melted, so just cold cheddar cheese on cold eggs. My wife had an omelette and the vegetables were not cooked or sautéed in anyway.Both our hash browns were either half cooked or over cooked , looked like old hash browns mixed with new ones. We loved stacked! The breakfast deal between 7-9 was an amazing steal! Our server Julia G was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Will be coming back
