Poor communicators. The wall prep took three different days to show up without contacting me to let me know if they were coming or not and assumed they could come on their schedule not mine, Every person except the initial contact immediately announced they were a subcontractor with their own business. The final straw was the paper installer who told me it would take him 3 days to paper my bathroom after being in my house for an hour without even bringing his equipment in . Love love love Lynn Stackable!!! Beyond happy about the wallpaper job I had installed in my home. Steve, Collin, Rick, and Lynn are all awesome to work with and very detail oriented.
They are expensive and don't supervise or take responsibility for their work. Never visited our house during or after the job. When we needed help with their subs, they were very rude and sarcastic. Definitely DO NOT recommend!
