Dr Tom is one of a dying breed! He is a credit to his profession. He is thorough, professional, compassionate and empathetic. He takes time with each patient and even makes the time for evening calls to follow-up on his patient's progress. His staff reflects his commitment to excellence - they are friendly, knowledgeable and responsive. We are very lucky to have a physician of Dr. Tom's caliber in our small town of Montville.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, it was downright irritating! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine

Receptionist has slight attitude sometimes, otherwise it was overall a good experience.

Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!! Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes, they made sure I had everything I needed!

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. He ended up referring me to a specialist, but only after he did everything he could. Even though I made an appointment in advance, I usually have to wait. But, what doctor's office don't you wait? I am very satisfied with this doctor.
