Parking is bad, especially when delivery trucks and buses arrive. They block all other cars from exiting or entering. The administrator is difficult to get a hold of. Almost never there physically, if I call and she is there, she's always busy with a meeting, interview, or something. But, overall the place is clean, the residents seems to be taken care of. They are fed well and encouraged to attend activities.
It's a passable place. Clean, adequately tended. They are in the process of upgrading and it's getting progressively nicer. They have, thus far, taken adequate care of my friend, who lives there. The picture of the river and bridge cannot be seen and is not functionally near the place.
