The experience was good. She told me I had ringworm and prescribed what is needed and went on to say that I am to take one pill and apply ointment daily and it will clear up in around two weeks. She also froze some small bumps on scalp that could be cancerous. Once it clears I'll make an appointment to see her again in a year.
Dr. Miles is THE BEST Dermatologist I've seen in my 50 years of life. I moved to Austin a few years ago. At that time, I had been dealing with serious skin issues that were very embarrassing. I had been to three other dermatologists in the Dallas area and was misdiagnosed everytime. I ended up having a flare-up shortly after I moved. Dr .Miles is outstanding. I have been seeing her for many years and appreciate her professionalism and bedside manner.
They never answer their phone so far. Two calls, 10-15 minutes each, on hold the whole time, no live person ever answered. Ridiculous.
